This level is designed for players who have trained consistently without breaks for the past 1-2 years and who are interested in applying their skills to more competitive match play opportunities.

Note: Previous tennis experience is required.

6:1 or 4:1 Ratio Classes - maximum student to coach ratio of 6:1 or 4:1. More opportunity for individual instruction.

Fundamentals
& Games

  1. This class is designed to focus on core fundamentals to make you a complete player in technical and tactical skills in all areas of the court.

    Our emphasis on fundamentals assures that our players are more balanced with superior control, touch, and power. All aspects of the game will be covered: grips, contact points, footwork, stances, core fundamentals of the serves.

    Additionally, each class will feature fast-paced and fun Gladiator games that allow you to test your technique and tactics against a variety of players at your level.

Match Play
& Serves

  1. This class is designed to focus on core match play skills to help you perform better under pressure during matches.

    Class consists of singles and doubles match play, serve practice, and feedback from our coaches. Our emphasis on learning how to set “Performance Goals” assures that our players are focused on the proper mindset and around the right tactical objectives to help them win more points.

    All aspects of competition will be covered. Additionally, each class will feature dedicated time to work on fundamental serve tactics so that you start each point with an advantage.

Cardio, Footwork,
& Games

  1. This class is designed to focus on core footwork patterns to help you move more efficiently and effectively around the court.

    Class features instruction and drilling of specific patterns for both offense and defense such as wide balls, deep balls, short balls, and inside out balls. Much like a dancer learns steps, tennis players will learn and practice the steps slowly and gradually build speed as they gain confidence with their movement.

    Players will enjoy the heart pumping fitness of the “Cardio Tennis” workout and will burn tons of calories as they hustle around the court.
