One User, One Email.

Create a new Mindbody account when you reserve your first court. You'll have the chance to "Create a Profile" during checkout. In Mindbody, it's important for every family member to have a personal account with a unique user email.

How to Create User Emails

One Family, One Password.

Security is important, but make account management easier by setting up each of your family members' profiles with the same secure password. If you need to log in, log out to book practices for multiple children or a spouse, having the same password for each account will make life easier.

Example: Using One Password

One Profile, One Credit Card.

All future billing will be digital. For seemless booking, the final step to complete a user profile is to add a credit card. Each user profile should be created with a saved digital payment method.

More On Digital Payments

Log in, Log Out.

If you've created a user profile (1 unique user email, 2 shared password, 3 stored digital payment method) for multiple family members, the final step is to manage booking for each profile by logging out of one account and into another (account switching).
